We do not currently offer international shipping, but please reach out to souvenirs@ash.world to discuss your international order.
TRACKING DELIVERY
Please track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation of shipment email.
Orders ship via UPS or UPS Surepost (USPS partnership).
If you have an urgent request or deadline please email souvenirs@ash.world to request expedited fulfilment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To make a return or exchange, please email souvenirs@ash.world. Kindly note all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products.
Vintage and antique items purchased from our Found collection are final sale.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please email souvenirs@ash.world within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or fulfillment errors. We take care in packaging but occasionally our items are damaged in transit. Rest assured we will resolve with a replacement or refund.
